Sangam India Limited has setup a world class plant for seamless garments with the aim to establish a new culture of inner wear, active wear and casual wear garments for both women and men .

The group has entered into seamless technology and would be a reference point for the vast range of seamless garments in India & abroad.

The product range basically comprises of garments in various blends such as polyamide, spandex and polypropylene and also natural fibres such as bamboo, cotton and viscose.

With the help of a young, motivated and professional team, we offer competitive prices and quality products meeting international standards.

With the latest machinery from SANTONI, Italy, our plant has a production capacity of 5.2 million garments per annum.

The knitting is carried out by SM8 TOP 2 SANTONI circular knitting machines. We have a total of 52 machines, all of 28 gauge.

The dyeing plant comprises of FLAINOX SRL MACHINES made in Italy and our plant boasts a smooth process of dyeing with the aid of 90kg HTHP , 90 KG. NRG , 08 KG. ARC HTHP , 04 KG. , 10 KG. TRIMS DYEING & IVR 125 KG. TUMBLE DRYER machines

Latest lab equipment RBE (recipe machine),INNOLAB (washing fastener tester), INNOLAB( light fastener tester),INNOLAB (hot air oven), RAMP (light matching box), INNOLAB( crock meter) and GSM cutter machine , ensure flawless testing process.

The sewing plant is equipped with 84 KANSAI & YAMATA machines , which include over lock, flatbed flat lock, single needle, feed of the arm, bar tacking, zigzag, and lace attachment machines.

Our finishing standards are of international quality and we assure that Sangam is a reliable quality source. We offer automatic wrapping machine for packing boxes to assure safety of products. A detector machine is used to ensure a clean and safe garment is delivered and in addition to the traditional labelling system for non-woven fabric, Sangam uses and automated machines for heat transfer labelling that are wash resistant and required no sewing. For quality control we follow the acceptable quality limit: 2.5 LEVEL 2.
